Five steps from drawing to delivery
Quotation, sample, processing, testing and delivery run in one plant under one responsibility.

Drawing and specification
You send the drawing or CAD model, the process and the specification. Without a specification, the engineering team proposes one from the material and service environment.

Quotation and sample
A written quotation within 2 working days for standard processes. On new programmes the first sample is verified together with the test plan.
- 03
Processing
Pre-treatment, plating or paint and, where required, hydrogen embrittlement relief run in the same plant with bath analysis and oven records.

Test and report
Thickness, salt spray, adhesion and whatever else the specification requires are tested; the measurement report is tied to the part number.

Delivery
Parts ship in protective packaging with the report, from Ankara and via scheduled runs through the Istanbul liaison office.

Metal Additive Manufacturing
Metal parts produced by selective laser melting (SLM). Suited to complex geometries that are difficult to machine, weight-optimized structures and opto-mechanical components.
Flat Optics
Flat optical windows, mirrors and filters for visible and infrared bands. End-to-end production including precision grinding, single- and double-side polishing, coating and final inspection.
Optical Coatings
Thin-film coatings applied under vacuum: anti-reflective, high-reflective and protective layers. Stack design is driven by the target waveband and durability requirement.
Opto-Mechanical Metrology
Optical and mechanical measurement: surface form, flatness, parallelism and dimensional verification. In-process control and final acceptance measurement.

What does Ader Savunma do?
Ader Savunma provides metal finishing for the defence and aerospace industries from Anadolu OSB, Ankara: electrolytic and chemical plating, military-specification wet and powder painting, and test and measurement. Metal additive manufacturing, flat optics and optical coatings run under the same roof.
Which specifications do you work to?
Plating and paint processes are applied to the relevant MIL, AMS, ASTM and QQ specifications, for example anodizing to MIL-A-8625, chemical conversion to MIL-DTL-5541, cadmium to QQ-P-416, zinc-nickel to ASTM-B841 and wet paint to MIL-PRF-85285. The quality system runs under AS9100 and ISO 9001; special processes are NADCAP accredited.
What do I need to send for a quotation?
A technical drawing or 3D CAD model (PDF, STEP, IGES, DXF), the process and specification required, the quantity and the target delivery date are enough. The form on the contact page accepts files up to 15 MB; the engineering team quotes against the specification.
Are parts delivered with a measurement report?
Yes. Every delivery is verified with the tests the specification calls for: coating thickness by X-ray or eddy-current, salt spray to ASTM-B117, adhesion, impact and gloss. Results are reported with the parts.
What is your capacity for large parts?
Paint booths take parts up to 15 metres, including military vehicle bodies and camouflage patterns. The plating lines run in a 13,000 m² plant with the highest processing capacity in the sector. Share the part size with the drawing and the quotation states which line it runs on.
Do you serve sectors outside defence?
Yes. Automotive, rail, medical, electronics, telecom, energy and industrial automation are served under the same quality system and the same specifications.
