Who is responsible for your data

Personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Where an enquiry comes from the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies alongside it.
What we collect and why
Request for quotation form. When you send an RFQ we collect your full name, company, work email, phone number if you give it, the requirement text you write, and any technical drawing or CAD model you attach. This is the minimum needed to evaluate a manufacturing enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6/1-b).
Website analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Analytics data is pseudonymous: it records device, browser, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and page views; it is not joined with RFQ data. Analytics cookies are only written once you accept the cookie notice; otherwise measurement runs without them. The legal basis is Ader Savunma's legitimate interest in understanding how its technical content is used (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-f).
Who we share it with
The RFQ form is delivered to Ader Savunma's quotation mailbox through the email delivery service Resend, which processes the data for delivery only. Analytics data is processed by Google. Beyond these, personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties and is not shared with public authorities unless a legal obligation requires it.
How long we keep it
RFQ requests and attachments are kept for up to 5 years from receipt, for commercial correspondence and potential order follow-up. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to request portability. Requests are sent in writing to the address above and answered within 30 days. You retain the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or your local supervisory authority.
