Metal Additive Manufacturing
Metal parts produced by selective laser melting (SLM). Suited to complex geometries that are difficult to machine, weight-optimized structures and opto-mechanical components.
Parts built to your drawing from aerospace-grade alloys by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF): opto-mechanical mounts, gimbal chassis, structural brackets, fuel nozzles and heat exchangers. Internal channels and lattices beyond machining are printed in one piece; heat treatment, finishing and surface treatment are completed in the same plant.

Frequently asked questions
Which alloys do you print?
Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5, 17-4 PH stainless, Inconel 718/625 and AlSi10Mg. Powder lines are isolated per alloy; cross-contamination control is to airworthiness standard.
Are post-processing steps included?
Yes. Heat treatment, support removal, finish machining, surface treatment and CMM inspection are done in the same plant; the part leaves ready for delivery.
Have a drawing for this process?
